LiLin+Co : Candle Guide
When burning your soy candle for the first time, it is important to burn the candle for a minimum of one hour for the wax to fully melt across the width of the jar. Soy candle has a memory thus a fully melted pool will ensure an even burn for future burns to encourage the release of maximum scent.
For best burning results, we highly recommend that a candle is burned for 2-3 hours in one sitting.

For our wood wick candles, please always remember to trim the wick to 1/4 inch. You may use a wick trimmer tool or take a piece of tissue and peel off the burnt black bits of the wood before relighting your candle.
Once your candle has burnt to the bottom of the jar, you could choose to reuse the jar by removing the wick base and cleaning the jar with warm water and soap.

If you have finished your large wood wick candle, you may scoop out the remaining wax at the end of the jar and light it on an oil burner to continue enjoying the scent. You may also return the empty jars to Lilin+Co's studio and receive a rebate of RM1 for each large jar or 2 small jars off your next purchase. You may also get creative and reuse the jars to store makeup brushes, turn them into a plant pot or organise loose items around the house.
My candle has started tunnelling. What can I do?
Wrap a layer of aluminium foil around your candle jar and keep the wick lighted up for a minimum of 2 hours until the fire grows stronger. This helps to focus the heat.
