CAN I SHOP ONLINE?

We currently do not have an online store, only a limited gallery of some of the
brands we stock. However, we invite our customers to visit our physical store to
explore the full range of the products we house!

Alternatively, if you are looking to purchase an item and can’t make it down to
our store in-person, feel free to contact us via Whatsapp or Instagram, and we
can assist with your inquiry. 

    
CAN I TRY ON HAIR ACCESSORIES IN THE STORE? 

Customers may try on hair bands and hair clips in store, to find their best fit.
However, we strongly discourage trying on hair ties, for safety and hygiene
purposes. We do assure customers that our hair accessories are both
comfortable and easy to use, and so far we have not received any complaints. 

  
IS THERE STORE MEMBERSHIP?

Unfortunately, we do not have a membership or points programme available for
our store. As a small local business, we are unable to support such programmes
at this time, but it is definitely something we hope to further explore in the future,
and we sincerely appreciate all the support from our customers!

 
CAN I OPEN UP GREETING CARDS TO CHECK INSIDE?

To avoid any damage to our products, we kindly ask customers to respect our
merchandise and not open up the plastic wrapping of greeting cards in-store.
All greeting cards are blank inside, and often have an indication written on the
plastic packaging as well. If you have any questions, please approach
one of our friendly staff to assist you.

  
DOES YOUR STORE PROVIDE GIFT WRAPPING SERVICES? 

We currently do not provide gift wrapping services, due to the size of our
operations team. However, we do have future plans to make your gifting
experience easier and more convenient, so do bear with us as we continue
to grow and develop new ways to meet your gifting needs.

 
CAN I GET MY JEWELLERY CUSTOMISED IN THE STORE?
(E.G. CHAIN EXTENSIONS FOR  BRACELETS / NECKLACES OR REMOVAL OF PARTS)

As a general rule of thumb, we try to retain the original look of pieces, as given
to us by the designer. However, we do handle customisation for jewellery
on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the brand, the piece may have to be
sent back to the designer to have the changes made, otherwise we will get
our in-house designer to do the edits. However, please approach one of
our friendly staff for assistance on this matter.
