BUY ONLINE AND CHOOSE TO HAVE THEM SHIPPIED OR PICKUP AT OUR STORE
Prefer to pick up your purchases? No problem! You can now opt to pick up your orders online.
During checkout, simply choose the "pick up at the shop" option. There will be no shipping fee added. Complete checkout & we are good to go. We will pack your order, ready on your next visit. Easy peasy.
SENDING A GIFT
Looking to send a gift with a personalise greeting card? Yes we can assist you. We aim to please!
During checkout, please indicate your instructions on the "Shipping Instructions" box before making payment and we will get this sorted out for you.
Just remember though, one gift order to one friend. We can't do multiple shipping locations for one order. So keep them separate. That is, one order for one friend. Two orders for two friends, etc
REFUND POLICY
We currently do not have a refund policy in place and we seek your kind understanding in reading the item descriptions carefully before making your purchase.
DAMAGED GOODS RECEIVED
We sincerely apologise if you have received a product that arrived damaged or defective. Please write to us at shipoftimeshop@gmail.com with subject title "Defective Goods Received" within 2 days upon the arrival of your package with clear photos of the defect on the goods received. And we will revert with return instructions as soon as possible. We will also reimburse shipping incurred for returns of damaged goods received.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE / RETURNS
- Delicate Jewellery (for hygiene reasons),
- Greeting cards,

- Sale and marked down goods,
- Perishable goods.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE FOR SINGAPORE ORDERS
Feeling uneasy about purchasing online at this time? What if it is a mistake?
To give you peace of mind, and if you change your mind, you can make an exchange. But first, this is what you need to know & do:
1. Please check below for goods that are eligible for returns & exchange.
2. Upon receiving your package, please email within 3 days to shipoftimeshop@gmail.com, with subject "Exchange / Returns", quoting your order number, name, address, item name, and the reasons for your return.
3. Upon on our reply & approval, you may return for an exchange to another design or a store credit valid for 1 month for Singapore purchases at our shops when we reopen on 22 June at:

4. Other Terms & Conditions:
- Only items that have been approved, may be sent back to us.
- After our email approval (Please see no.2) with shipping instructions, goods must arrive at our shop within 7 days from the date of our reply email instructions for Singapore orders
- Items must be in good condition - unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition - with original packaging and labels.
- We do not reimburse on reimburse shipping charges, except for defective or wrong goods delivered.
- This is on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to determine eligibiity for exchange and returns.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
You may return for an exchange to another design or a store credit valid for 2 months for International purchases.
Upon receiving your package, you have 3 days to email at shipoftimeshop@gmail.com with subject "Exchange / Returns", quoting your order number, name, address, item name, and the reason for your return. Upon our agreement for a return, we will send return shipping address and instructions. We will also need a copy of the shipping receipt & tracking slip from your courier company.

- FREE Shipping for orders above SGD 60.
- SGD 5 for orders below $60.
FRAGILE GOODS (Kaminari, Duft & Chandelle, Lilin+Co Candles, Scents & Fragrances)
- FREE Shipping for orders above SGD 85.
- SGD 8 for orders below $85.
REPLEAT HOBO BAGS
- FREE Shipping for orders above SGD 150.
- SGD 10 for orders below $150.
International - TEMPORARILY HALTED due to the volatile situation surrounding the Pandamic. We apologise.
- Orders above SGD 250, shipping is FREE.
- There is a free upgrade to fast shipping for purchases above SGD 350
- 2 to 4 weeks depending on your destination.
- Please bear in mind that customs tax may be applied on destination and Ship Of TIme will not be held responsible for delays due to issues with custom tax on arrival of destination.
- Orders below SGD 250, there is a shipping fee of SGD 30.
- 2 to 4 weeks depending on your destination.
- For urgent shipping and upgrade, please write to shipoftimeshop@gmail.com with subject title "Urgent Shipping Request" and we will revert as soon as possible to your request. There may be an additional shipping charge on top of your order and the cost varies based on the country to ship to.
